Class AcquisitionEdit

I've been seeing several questions about getting the Warden and Necromancer classes on various forums (Steam and Reddit, mostly). My understanding is that the classes are only available as crown store purchases unless their associated chapters (Morrowind and Elsweyr) were purchased at retail.
