Hi, I can't load any item in the "select item for X slot" menu. It worked fine until some days ago, and I can't figure what happened or how to fix it. The results just say "Error : ". Any idea ?

- It seems to be working for me. You can try a few things:

- Check the console for any error messages (F12).

Update 23 Scalebreaker Elemental Succession Set Not Allowing you to Buff all 3 Damage types at the same time.
5 items) Whenever you deal Flame, Shock, or Frost Damage, you gain 550 Spell Damage for that element for 4 seconds. This effect can occur every 4 seconds per element. You can have multiple different elemental buffs active simultaneously.
This is the 5th Trait Bonus.
However, your Builder makes us choose to buff only 1 of the 3 elements although you can now have all 3 buffed simultaneously.
This makes it harder to gauge the effectiveness if used on a Magicka Necromancer which uses all 3 elements (2 Skills each of each kind of element) in its Grave Lord Skill line or per say a Sorc running an Inferno Staff which would boost both the Shock and Flame portions of the set.
You should be able to check-mark all 3 elemental buffs not just 1.

Sorc Atronach Ultimate

- It seems to work for me. Note that it is a flat +20% buff to regen and not 20%/skill. Make sure you have the skill bar with the ultimate activated (should be highlighted). Werewolf skills drop after saving and editing build.
As the headline suggests there is a drop of all the skills of Werewolf skill line to level 3 (from level 4) excluding Ultimate after saving the build and editing it other time.

Item Sets Tab BUG

Racial Abilitys not available bug ?

Jewelry Tooltips are incorrect with PTS Rules for Update 24 v5.2.1
When I select legendary CP160 jewelry I get the incorrect stats in the tooltip if the PTS Rules for Update 24 v5.2.1 are checked. The tooltip shows level 1 normal quality gear and I'm not sure if the correct stats are being used.
Upon further investigation I found that the item quality for all item types are legendary by default like usual but the drop down menu is greyed out so I can't change the quality for weapons or armor either. Scalebreaker Flawless Dawnbreaker
So Scalebreaker changed the flawless morph of dawnbreaker, instead of passive 5% for being slotted, it now gives 300 weap dmg for 20 seconds after being used. Unfortunately the build editor has not yet added an option to toggle on this 300 weap dmg in "buffs" or "skills". Please could you add this in so that we may see stats fully buffed. 300 weap dmg bonus + scaling is quite substantial and hence worth being able to see. — Unsigned comment by Dillpaat (talk • contribs)

- The values don't appear to be correct on these within the ardent flame skill of the Dragonknight.
- it also says a duration of 10 secs, when it should be 14.

CPS not displaying correctly
The CP table has been bugged/glitched. This is the case on old builds or when trying to create a new build - which is impossible as we cannot now enter our CPs.

Racial Skills Bugged
This time it worked once when I changed the race and then it stopped showing all race changes completely with any further race changes. Refreshing the page didn't help. Here is the build ID, 185608.

- This looks like an old issue which has since been fixed (and I can't replicate your issue). Try doing a full page reload of the editor (Ctrl+F5 in Chrome/Edge, Shift+F5 in Firefox) and see if that fixes things. Weapon Damage Used
Hi, I'm trying to nail down some damage calculations and I'm getting hung up. I noticed when looking at the 'Details for Ability Critical Rush" window that pops up in the build editor that "$1 Weapon Damage Used" is about 15% higher than the weapon damage on my character sheet. My character sheet has 4062 in game (4060 on the build editor), but the weapon damage being used to calculate the tooltip damage is 4672. So, I'm just wondering where the extra weapon damage is coming from. Are you able to give me any insight? The exact line on the ability info window reads: "$1 Weapon Damage Used = 4672 two handed+ physical" if that helps. If I disable CP, it uses 4678 weapon damage.

- nevermind! I forgot I have the Sword-Singer set on, but I do wonder why the noCP weapon damage used is 6 higher than with CP. Any ideas? I have major brutality, 5pc medium armor, and 2 fighters guild skills with 3 purple Sword-Singer and 2 gold. Hello, I believe the -5% damage taken from the Potentates set is inputted as 500%. The result is negative PvP mitigation values:

Major Ward/Resolve

- When I checked closer all set bonuses were lower. The items were all showing as gold with the set bonus being correct when hovering, but it was wrong in raw data and the calculation windows. Damage granted by the weapon was correct though. I created a copy of the build and replaced the jewelry with something else then switched back, and it fixed the problem. I tried the PTS item data feature on the original build a couple times so that might be where the issue came from. Applying status effect
Are there any plans to add 'chance to apply status effect' to character statistics? What I mean by this is chance to apply burning, chilled, poisoned etc... Maybe it already exists and I have missed it? Since Dragonknights had combustion buffed it's quite a handy stat to be aware of. - We have the relevant buffs already available that you can apply manually in the buff tab:

- Chilled - Use the Minor Maim buff.
- Concussion - Use the Minor Maim buff and the Exploiter buff (under target).
- Burning - Doesn't affect character stats or tooltips.
- Poisoned - Doesn't affect character stats or tooltips.
- Disease - Use the Major Defile buff.

- Hi, I probably didn't explain very well. I meant your current chance to apply a status effect for instance: A weapon with a flame enchant has 20% to apply burning status. with the destruction staff (and its passive skill)this is increased by 100%. With the charged trait it is increased by a further 220%. i believe it would to culminate 86% chance to apply burning, but without knowing in which order the percentages are applied it can be tricky. New moon acoy set doesnt get dmg added properly to stats.
The value for the 5th piece of this set isn't working correctly, sometimes it only gives the 480 (buffs not applying to boost this) and sometimes the 5th piece bonus isn't applying altogther.

- Unsure exactly what you are referring to for both items. I've added the Bloodthirsty trait to the "Traits" stat section. I've updated the Bloodthirst skill to include the damage of the five hits. Kvatch Gladiator already has a toggle for the 5 piece bonus (look on the "Sets" tab). two resistance issues
(1) with a nightblade, checking the toggled skills box for shadow barrier does not activate the major resolve buff
(2) When wearing 6 pieces of heavy armour, in the Raw Data tab both physical and spell resist include "2172: Resolve 3 passive in Heavy Armor line". My in-game tool-tip for the skill is 2174, and my in-game info screens show a total resistance that agrees with that value (i.e. 2 points higher than predicted by the build editor). Note that the in-game tool-tip also says each piece gives 362 armour and 6*362 = 2172, so something strange is going on in game here.

Description of Trapping Webs
In the description of Trapping Webs, i EsoBuildEditero, the synergy Spawn Broodlings says, "A ranged ally can activate the Spawn Broodlings synergy dealing 795 Poison Damage to them and summoning a spider to attack for 10 seconds. The spiders bite enemies for 238 Physical Damage."
That sounds like the ranged ally perhaps will be damaged for 795 Poison Damage. That sounded wrong, so I looked it up, and it should say:
"A ranged ally targeting an enemy in the webs can activate the Spawn Broodlings synergy dealing 795 Poison Damage to them and summoning a spider to attack for 10 seconds. The spiders bite enemies for 238 Physical Damage."
I know it is pretty obvious what is meant, but I also thought you might want to fix an obvious little error.

Necro 10% mitigation from Spirit Guardian
Quite sure but could be wrong: the 10% damage transfer (mitigation source) is neither a skill toggle nor automatically baked into the Mitigation tab numbers. Any implementation in which it can be shown in Mitigation tab would be great. This work may have related coding to the Leki's Focus question by another user above.
Related note: is it possible to make both bars' skill toggle available to be checked independent of the current bar? Many active buffs and some passive skills can be active independent of current bar. Not suggesting coding each skill as one bar or both. The user can figure that one out. Eg. if Spirit Guardian is up, the 10% mitigation & mag/stam recovery is independent of current bar.

Destro Staph "Impulse" Morph "Elemental Ring" has no changed effect listed.
"Impulse" and "Elemental Ring" have the same description. Elemental Ring's morph effect is not listed.
When loading saved build, data is not re-computed.
- I've tried to edit and save the same build (Jabby Broke)
- Redguard with Essence Thief, Deadly Strikes, Slimecraw, Braised Rabbit, Warrior Mundus... etc I can give more info if needed.
- However, at times when I try to save after some major amounts of changes, or if I've successfully saved and come back
- I get the build info on the right to say only "?" for the stats etc.
- Nothing I can do seems to fix this.
- EDIT: Disabling and Re-enabling the Essence Thief Main-hand sword allows stats to be re-computed.

- It should be and looks like it is working. Look for SingleTargetDamageDone in the raw data tab. If you press the "..." button on a particular skill you can also see the details on how each tooltip is modified. You are looking for a "8% Target" for this effect. Dragonknight Engulfing Flames
In version 5.2.5 of pts they announced and it was implemented that it scales with Max Magicka and Spell damage, but for some reason even if you get to 61k max magicka the engulfing never picks up on that which would easily push it to 10% by that point. And pressing the "..." shows that the max mag calculation was never added.
Spinner's Staff Equipment count
It show's that I have two items from the Spinner's set equipped even though I only have Spinner's Lightning staff in my primary weapon slot. It is also showing the bonus applied for 2 items worn. 192.95.160.213 16:55, 10 January 2020 (GMT)Lelwyr
- That is perfectly normal, prior to an old update, 2-handed weapons, Bows, Destruction and Restoration Staves count as 2 towards sets. The sets tab will show the set as Unequipped Weapon bar sets. Alpha-Lupi (talk) 22:25, 21 January 2020 (GMT)
Pulsar Description is wrong
Pulsar has the same 'New Effect' description as elemental ring.
- To be fair, blame the Hoodbot. As pulsar is supposed to originally be the same as the base ability except it has an increased chance to apply its respective effect based on the staff wielded in addition to applying minor mangle, reducing an enemies max health by 10%, while Elemental Ring Lets you cast the ability at a target location.
- Long story short: your right. Also, the next time you write a message, it would be helpful to sign your post with four tildes in case the UESP wiki staff Need to get back to you on it.

Tabs Not Available
For some reason can't go to different tabs only general tab is available.
Cannot edit/save build after leaving editor, and stat values are only question marks
Editor works when making a new build, and it saves correctly. But if I try to edit the build later, all stat values display question marks with no numbers, and I can't save any changes. However, pressing "view this build" still works appropriately, but I can't make any changes since the save feature doesn't work.
Editor calculates ultimate cost reductions as additive
They actually work multiplicatively in game.

- The build you mentioned has 7 pieces of heavy armor, If you had 5 heavy, 1 medium and 1 light (in your case, change the shoulders to light and the helmet to medium or the other way around) the bonus should correctly go from 2% to 6% since the bonus only applies if your wearing at least one of each type of armor (light, medium and heavy Respectively). Nirnhoned trait not recognized with Update 25 checkbox enabled
After I enabled the Update 25 checkbox, saved, and reloaded, the mainhand weapon in one of my builds (Nirnhoned Spriggan's Mace) was no longer recognized.
In the tooltip I see the error: "Unknown Item #100750 | No item found matching itemId # 100750, internalLevel 1, and internalSubype 1!"
If I search for a Spriggan's mace in any other trait and choose it, it seems to work fine, but "transmuting" that other trait to nirnhoned with the trait selection drop-down menu has no effect on the build stats.
I tried experimenting with a much older build that also used a nirnhoned weapon. As soon as I enabled the Update 25 checkbox, saved, and reloaded, the additional weapon damage from nirnhoned was gone. Disabling the checkbox, saving, and reloading returned the missing stats.
I understand the Update 25 info is still experimental and in process, but I thought I'd put a note here as a heads up.
