- During the closed beta, Teroni Serelnim tasked the player with finding her cat, Mittens Q. Deathclaw III, who was lost in the city. He could appear in one of several locations around the city, and collecting him without scaring him off was tricky. The quest was eventually taken out after players continued to find it frustrating. Mittens still appears in the game, but on his front porch, where he belongs.
- This quest is now mentioned by M'aiq the Liar in Stonefalls.
