Seldine Second-Skin is a Wood Elf Thornfang cultist found at Archon's Grove. She can be found in a circle of standing stones up on a promontory in the south-central part of the map, guarding several Thornfang Captives.
When she is fought, Seldine will transform into a werewolf midway into the fight.
