Relan Daevath is a Dark Elf who can be found in Necrom. He is accompanied by his pet vvardvark Tinkerer.

- He is named after artist Relan Daevath, who was the author of the original texture of Mercymother's Body Art, which was directly lifted from fan art drawn by her that was published in July 2020.[1] Following this revelation, ESO's official Twitter posted a statement saying it was never their intention to include any community fan art without proper credit, and later contacted the artist to implement them as in the game as an NPC as a form of resolution.[2]
