Prisoner Rogzatha is an Orc prisoner who can be found tied up aboard the Shackled Guar at the Dufort Shipyards. During the related quest, she'll be relocated to Amenos Station.

- Prisoner Corbyn: "You know that Khajiiti saying—If it sounds too good, it probably is."
If you speak to her, she'll say:
- "So what if I deserted? It was dangerous at the front! I got caught and they sent me here. Where's the justice in that?
