Pelorrah was an Altmer scholar found in the Dwarven ruins of Klathzgar, originally from Cloudrest. He had come to the ruins in an attempt to discover the fate of the Ayleid princess Urenenya. He translated Urenenya's Lament and Princess Urenenya's Letter. Some of his notes are laying around in the ruins.
