Palace View Apartments is an apartment located in eastern Necrom. Deredrien is currently in residence. It is found across from the palace of the city, a large locked building, hence the name. You will come here with Sharp-as-Night during the related quest. A copy of The Spires of the 34th Sermon is sitting on the table in the foyer. During the quest, you'll find a letter in the bedroom.
