When you approach the brigadine's cage after starting the quest, she says:
- Nuvui: "We told Heem-Jas to stop trying to recruit strangers for this. He will not listen."
You can speak to her then.
- "I don't know why Heem-Jas attempts to find help to absolve the Imperials of their obvious guilt. He showed up a month ago and has insisted on performing heroic acts … despite our insistence that we have no need for them."
