Nimble-Fingers is an Argonian bard playing for the Black Daggers in the middle of the abandoned town of Hackdirt, in front of the well. There is a bucket at her feet, presumably for collecting funds. She has no unique dialogue.
It is unclear whether she is one of the original inhabitants of Hackdirt or simply a member of the bandit group with no combat skills. However, it is obvious that the Black Daggers bear no ill will towards her for the time being.
