Mercenaries are Argonians found following other players around in certain areas of the Necrom Chapter. They take the place of Sharp-as-Night to ensure you don't see multiple copies of the same person.

They can be encountered at the camp northwest of the Fungal Lowlands Wayshrine during the related quest.
