Melenlan is a High Elf associated with the Psijic Order who can be found on Artaeum. He appears on the cliffs above the northern beach with an unnamed cat. He appears on the first ridge to the north of the path leading to the beach.
He will teleport onto the ledge with the cat and sit down. Eventually, the cat lunges towards him, causing him to stand up. The cat lunges again and the two of them disappear through a portal. Melenlan has no unique dialogue.
