Injured Bears can be encountered around Galen along with their cubs. They will be surrounded by several set bear traps and will have unfortunately been snared by one. You will see it swaying in pain as the cub cries out piteously nearby.
You can approach the bear and release them from the trap, however a pair of hostile Poachers will then attack you for interfering with their hunt. The injured bear will fight them by your side, and you can heal and buff Injured Bear during this. Once the poachers are slain, the bear and cub will wander away.
