House Hlaalu Estate is a two-level Dunmer-style clanhouse for House Hlaalu in Mournhold. It is located on the south side of Mourner's Market. Miiga Hlaalu resides on the ground floor. There are pillows and an incense burner in the space beneath the stairs. The room off to the right contains two bookshelves and a desk. You'll find Tharer Hlaalu upstairs. If you turn right at the top of the stairs, you'll enter the only accessible room on the second floor: the bedroom. There is a bookshelf and a few containers in this room.
