Historoth the Lesser is a xivkyn and the announcer for the gladiator bouts taking place in the Imperial City Arena.
He informs the crowd that the games have been temporarily suspended after Dredaza the Ringmaster is defeated. He disappears after he says his piece, and respawns when the ringmaster does.
