Hila is a Reachman and member of Arana's Wayward Guardians. She can be found at Rebel's Retreat during related quests overseeing the training of Halkir, Ferwylla and Varselg. Later, she tests the combat capabilities of Bradan and his hunters: Largruff, Jolnengar, Ferratha and Mavlyn. She can be heard encouraging and mocking them but she can't be interacted with.

- Hila: "Save it for the Gray Host, skin-changer. Let's see what they can do on the training field."
