Grandmother Thunder is a wamasu found in Haddock's Market, near the waterfall on the eastern side of the delve. It can be found standing off against three Greycloak Knights. Upon starting combat, she kills them all with her lightning breath before focusing her attention on you.

Grandmother Thunder has the same abilities as standard wamasu, as well as a few additional unique abilities.
- Roving Thunder
- Grandmother Thunder screams, causing two lightning circular AoEs to travel around in the water of the arena, dealing moderate lightning damage.
- Lightning Stomp
- Grandmother Thunder gets on her hind legs before slamming down into the water while charged with lightning, releasing it after the stomp in the form of six lightning circular AoEs going out from her position, dealing high lightning damage.
