Fortuna Iceheart is a Nord member of the Worm Cult found in a cave located nearby Trolhetta, where she is exploiting the power of a strange artifact known as the Reaper Orb. She is accompanied by two Worm Cultists.
After she is killed and the Reaper Orb is destroyed, she is seen again (presumably risen from the dead) in front of the Necrosis Orb.
