Outside of Kynesgrove in Eastmarch, you'll come across a glowing entity simply labeled Forest Spirit. As you approach it, it'll take off down the road. Follow it and it'll lead you to a ruined Imperial tower where the injured Imwyn Frost-Tree will be. The spirit will disappear as soon as you reach the tower and cannot be interacted with in any way.
After reading the Letter to Imwyn, the spirit will appear again and lead you to the location of the Sigil of Nature's Accord.
