- Murder [1 / 25 / 100] innocents with the Blade of Woe.
One-Hundredth Cut and its preceding achievements are awarded for murdering innocent victims using the Blade of Woe. Note that while you can use the Blade of Woe on Hostile (red aura) or Neutral (yellow aura) targets, only Justice Neutral (white aura) people will be counted for this achievement[verification needed]. Expect to receive large bounties for this at first, until you can get leveled high enough in the Dark Brotherhood to get some of its passive skills that will help you avoid detection, most notably Spectral Assassin, which gives you a chance of killing victims undetected, but is not available until you have maxed out the skill line (and even then it's only a 15% chance, so you'll still likely incur a bounty on most kills).
