While the Gold Coast Mercenaries are still in town, you can witness an instance of them harassing Feraj. They will be shaking down Feraj in an alley between the Fighters and Mages Guildhalls:
- Mercenary: "Been a while since we heard from you, sweetheart. We started thinking you might have run off. But you wouldn't do that, would you?"
- Feraj: "Oh no, I wouldn't think of doing that. We are all friends here—is it not so?"
- Mercenary: "Yeah, we're all friends here. You're smart, Feraj. 'Course, being smart doesn't make up for being late. And you are very late."
- Feraj: "The days have not been kind to us. You see, the harpies … please, just a few more days! I will pay what you are owed—with interest!"
- Mercenary: "I have to be honest with you, Feraj. That's not what I wanted to hear. So it's either the money or your teeth. I'll give you a minute to decide which."
