A Factotum construct is present on a table in the Derelict Laboraty within the Reactor District of the Brass Fortress during the related quest.
It is used during the procedure that Terari Heladren performs to help Proctor Sovor Saryoni. Once the experiement is completed, Sovor's consciousness is transfered into the factotum, and it becomes renamed Sovor Saryoni.
