Eyes-In-Shadow is an Argonian found outside a small cave on the northern shore of Lake Rumare, west of where the Ebonheart Sewer Entrance used to be. He remains where he is unless you try to open the chest inside the cave. He attacks you if you try to open the chest.

When you approach the cave, he says:
- Eyes-In-Shadow: "Mine, all mine …."
If you try to open the chest in the cave, he gets up and attacks you.
- Eyes-In-Shadow: "No! Stay away!"
