The Earthen Heart Knight is a Dark Elf member of House Dres encountered in the Dragonstar Arena. She makes use of the Earthen Heart skill line in combat.
She will initially be encountered as the boss of the Slave Pit, the fourth round of the arena. You'll be forced to fight her a second time in the Champion's Arena at round ten, when Hiath the Battlemaster summons her and Pishna Longshot after reaching 25% health.
