Borud is a Wood Elf assassin affiliated with the Dark Brotherhood. She can be encountered in Bloodrun Cave where she will be backing up Elam Drals when you confront him from the left side of the room. When cultists from the Order of the Waking Flame begin attacking, Elam will order Borud to go and secure the sanctuary.
