Battlereeve Erriisse is a High Elf soldier of the Aldmeri Dominion in charge of Cey-Tarn Keep, which has been tied up by the Divine Prosecution's investigation of the recent killings.

DialogueEdit

Before the quest is finished:

"I have not seen you before. I cannot guarantee your safety in Cey-Tarn Keep at this time. Do not linger here."
"Do not wander the keep alone. You will only wind up dead or a suspect in the recent killings."
I am an investigator for the Proxy Queen. I have some questions.
"The Divine Prosecution has detained me from my duties for long enough as it is. What do you require?"
What can you tell me about the recent killings?
"Very little. Troops from my garrison have disappeared over the last few weeks. Not sentries on patrol, but those within the keep itself. They just vanish. Days later their desiccated bodies are dumped right out in the open. As if to taunt us."
Any guess as to the cause?
"I have never heard of anything or anyone snatching people away to be mummified. It stinks of some profane ritual, but the remains are dumped without care. Like trash."
What are the Divine Prosecution doing to resolve the situation?
"Ask them. I only know they've questioned everyone here more times than I can count and seem to be no closer to a solution.
If you can produce better results, do so."

if you speak to her after finding the secret room, you can tell her:

I found a secret room in the barracks where a Daedric summoning took place. Did you know about that?
"Is that an accusation? No. I have no idea what you're talking about. Where is this alleged room?"
There's a mechanism under a candelabra on the second floor. See for yourself.
"You can bet I will.
I have been in command of this fortress for a hundred years, but it has stood for more than a thousand. What else has been forgotten about this place?"

After the quest is finished:

"It is clear that Cey-Tarn Keep requires a full complement of battlemages for the garrison. I will get it if I have to travel to Alinor and badger the Proxy Queen myself."
"Daedric incursion is a serious black mark on my record. I will take every measure to ensure it never happens again."
"It's a relief to know the killer has been dealt with, but learning we had a Daedra in our midst is no comfort."
