Avelra is a Reachman soldier who can be found scouting and occasionally meditating at one of the observation points at Rebel's Retreat. Initially, she wears armor in the Huntsman style, but after you've completed a certain amount of Story Quests in the Reach, she changes her attire to armor in the Wayward Guardian style.
