A traveler bade me seek out a suspicious Khajiit lurking near the Abode of Ignominy. (if taken from Inalzin)
Quick WalkthroughEdit
- Find Marzula-jo's Notes and Marzula-jo's Memory Stones.
- Speak with Narama-ko.
Detailed WalkthroughEdit
Narama-ko detests the fact that she had to kill an animal in one her instructor's alchemical experiments, and has come to the Abode of Ignominy to alleviate this woe of hers. She's come here to look for an accomplished wizard's notes— believing them to be an animal lover like her— and memory stones so she can bring the poor little frog back to life. Unfortunately, the ruins are filled with the walking dead, and she's scared pantsless. She asks if you would be willing to retrieve the items she needs for her.
The notes are found in the southwestern chamber. The memory stones are found in the northeast corridor, a chamber south of the northwestern chamber, the hallway east of the room with the notes and the delve's boss, and behind the wall with the skyshard in the southwestern chamber. It is best to head north from the entrance, then take the western path instead of the southern one, as the memory stones will otherwise play in an odd order.
While collecting the stones, you will learn that Marzula-jo's pet senche-tiger, Sugarsnout, died of a wasting disease, motivating him to resurrect it. The resurrection didn't quite work out, as Sugarsnout killed Zaorir, one of Marzula-jo's assistants. Marzula-jo decided to resurrect Zaorir to make up for his sudden death, but Zaorir turned out like Sugarsnout did, and proceeded to kill another one of Marzula-jo's assistants, and eventually turned on him as well. When you have all of the memory stones and the notes, return to Narama-ko outside the delve.
Despite your efforts to warn her about Marzula-jo's demise, she instead marvels at the necromantic potential, and brushes off the consequences of his actions as a minor setback— she "won't fall into the same traps", after all. Regardless, she gives you Skein-Woven Grips and some gold as a reward.
Quest StagesEdit

- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
