Alavelis is a small mining town in the southeastern Telvanni Peninsula, based around the Glass Mine. The mine was long closed until recently and was reopened by a Telvanni master.
The town's buildings are ringed around a central circular road, with the Green Glass Inn in the southern part of town and the Glass Mine to the east. The path that leads to the mine also leads to a small dock where an unnamed ship is waiting. In this area you can find a Skyshard.
When you arrive, you will find many of the buildings damaged or on fire. There will also be various beastial Daedra running around and multiple corpses.
