Skill Fortified to 100+Edit

I noticed this problem -- probably should be reported as a glitch -- when I had Marara's ring, which Fortifies your Acrobatics +10. Once my skill level was at 90 (fortified to 100), my progress bar was replaced with "Maximum Skill Level", and the master trainer in the Vivac Arena would not train me any further until I removed the ring. --Brf 15:32, 5 May 2008 (EDT)

It's not a glitch! Your skill is over 100 so it can't be trained. Take the ring off! It's not a bug with your shower if your hair doesn't get wet when you use it with an umbrella. –RpehTCE 15:41, 5 May 2008 (EDT)
Yes. Do you still gain increments on your skill bar though if you practice with the ring on? The progress bar does not show. --Brf 16:22, 5 May 2008 (EDT)
On the Xbox, I still gain progress, although it will stop once it reaches 100 on the progress bar. --BenouldTC 16:20, 5 May 2008 (EDT)
I just tried this with my GOTY PC version. I loaded up the game I had saved just before training up. This time I only trained until 90 (100 modified). Then I bounced up and down the ramps (while the Telvanni NPC I kept running past called me "Annoying Outlander") until it announced my skill level increased to 101. So this is just a display glitch for the training percentage. --Brf 18:27, 5 May 2008 (EDT)

() I just went to the master alchemy trainer and i already had 100 in alchemy, i accidentally asked for alchemy training instead of conjuration training and it took my gold said i went up a level but i was still at 100 --Archmage123 23:50, 7 January 2009 (EST)

This is a known glitch that lets you gain as many levels as you want. –RpehTCE 03:56, 8 January 2009 (EST)

Spell ID's for fortify skill/attributeEdit

I've tried using the console to get, for example, fortify long blade. But no matter how I type it, it won't work. Fortify spells that I know are in the actual game don't work either. I really want them so I can make constant effect enchantments. Can someone please tell me how to type it out?

I've tried:

player->addspell fortify_speed

player->addspell "fortify speed"

player->addspell fortifyspeed

Nothing works. I would really appreciate some help. --Kinne 70.162.82.11 01:38, 25 May 2012 (UTC)
