Location for this PageEdit

Some of the information already exists here, but the action defines are nowhere. There is a somewhat similar page here for Tes5Mod, though I can hardly understand the page and I'm not 100% certain if it is the same thiing. Vely^►t►e 18:53, 19 December 2012 (GMT)
