Forvse Nerethi is a Dark Elf agent and House Cousin of House Hlaalu. She can be found in the Curio Manor, on the plaza of the Hlaalu Canton in Vivec.
Forvse is a medium trainer in Short Blade, Light Armor, and Sneak.
She wears a boiled netch leather cuirass and a common shirt, pants, and shoes. She carries a steel shardsword and ten steel throwing knives. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows no spells.
