Admiral Vasi Hadrach was the Admiral of the New West Navy during the early years of the 9th century of the Second Era and one of the subordinates of Tiber Septim. He was assassinated by a rebel Reachman in a brothel of Daggerfall at some point before 2E 864 when the title of the Admiral of the New West Navy was already held by his successor Amiel Richton.[1]
