Grandmaster Thalthil Dres was a Chimer slaver and former Grandmaster of House Dres. He is credited as being the one to elevate House Dres to the status of a Great House after his slave-raid on Thorn, which secured the House's position as the primary providers for Morrowind's slave trade.[1][2]
