Detailed WalkthroughEdit
An Ancestor's Unexpected ReturnEdit
Speat to the Quester, who says:
- "Have I got a good one for you. It seems (noble's name) just read about an ancient family curse. Now (he/she) is scared out of (his/her) mind. (He/She) wants someone to go destroy (his/her) great, great, great grandmother, whom (he/she) fears walks the earth as an undead monstrosity. Are you interested, (player's guild title)?"
or
- "This may potentially be nothing more than a simple poke around a tomb, but (noble's name) has asked us to investigate the resting place of (his/her) great, great, great grand mother. Apparently (he/she) had a dream that she had been brought to life and would escape from the family burial mound in (time limit) days. Perhaps it is all perfect rot, but perhaps not. Will you investigate, (player's guild title)?
AcceptEdit
The Quester goes on:
- (Noble's name)'s ancient ancestor is entombed in a mausoleum named (dungeon) that was designed to prevent graverobbing. There is no proof she is even undead. Odds are she's just a corpse. If so, burn the body in a proper funeral pyre. Get back within (time limit) days, or (noble's name) says the curse will be triggered."
DeclineEdit
The Quester answers:
- "If you run into any knights that might take this job, send them to me.'
Laid To Rest (Again)Edit
Head to the dungeon named by the Quester and enter it. Seek out and destroy the undead creature within, which will be a mummy. Depending on the dungeon, there may be more than one mummy within, but only one will be the target creature. When it dies, you receive a notification:
- The mummy is laid to rest. (Noble's name) need not worry about that curse now.
Once the mummy is again dead, return to the Order.
RewardEdit
Upon reporting back to the Quester, he says:
- "Well I'll be. I didn't figure (noble's name)'s ancestor was really one of the walking dead! You have saved the local people much misery and suffering."
