I have the ebony bow it looks similar but the elves one looks slimmer and has a different shape it might just be a design they have changed.

I found it its the nightingale bow I'll play through the thieves guild now

My Elven Bow of Despair does 101 base damage?Edit

What's up with this? I should be way to low level to be finding anything that does this high damage (36), and the highest damage i'd found until I go this was a upgraded and enchanted Ebony Bow. I got it as a random drop from a dragon site.
