Gualtierus Spurius is a hostile Imperial smuggler located inside the Gandrung Caverns. He is guarding a stash of weapons.
He wears Imperial Steel Boots, an Imperial Steel Cuirass, Imperial Steel Greaves, Imperial Steel Left Gauntlet, Imperial Steel Left Pauldron, Imperial Steel Right Gauntlet, and an Imperial Steel Right Pauldron. He carries 3 random health potions, and 92 gold. He wields the powerful Silver Staff of Paralysis.
Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows no spells.

And, look, I'll give you this nice axe as a little bonus for keeping this quiet. Carius will never miss me, and I'll just disappear. Ask Lusius about it. He'll give you good advice." Goodbye
After speaking to Lusius:
