The Farmer's PleaEdit
When first spoken to:
- "You been around these parts before? You seem vaguely familiar."
You have two options to reply with, the first being:
- I get that a lot.
- "That happens. You look like you need help with something."
- I do. I...
- "Tell you what. You help me with my problem, and I'll help you with yours."
-
- Sure.
-
- I don't really have time...
- "Oh, and I have time to help you? Is that how it works?"
- No, I guess not.
- "Okay then. A pack of wolves has been raiding my livestock. You get rid of them, and I'll help you out. Deal?"
- It's a deal.
- "Good. I saw them earlier, prowling around outside that gate. I'll give you a key to open it, you go kill them, then come back when it's done."
The other option is:
- It's my first time here.
- "I guess you just have a common face, then. Nice weapon you have there. Think you could help me with something?"
- Depends on what it is.
-
- I can do that.
- "Now that's what I wanted to hear. I'll give you a key to open it, you go kill them, then come back when it's done."
-
- No one else can?
- "Do you see a lot of warriors in this village? You don't, because there aren't any. So no, no one else can."
If spoken to again before killing the wolves:
- "Come on, now. You've got to catch those wolves before they go away!"
Once you have killed the wolves:
- "Is it done?"
- Yes, they're dead.
- "Good. Those critters just about put me out of work. Now, it's my turn to help you. What do you need?"
- I'm investigating Caelinus' death.
- "Oh, I see. Well, I don't know much about that, only that Frontinus thinks Pavo Cominius did it."
- Do you?
- "I have no idea what happened. Have you tried talking to Pavo? Or maybe his sister Tiberia?"
- Do you know where they are?
- "I don't, but Mariana Lusia probably does. She's Tiberia's best friend, she'll know where to find her."
- Thank you.
- "You're welcome, Warrior."
If spoken to again:
- "Now I know who to call if I ever need more wolves killed, isn't that right?"
