The first gang lieutenant is a male Dunmer.
He will run towards you and say:
- "Yes?"
You can then reply with:
- Why did you frame Brals?
- "What? Are you one of his friends or something? Perfect, you must know where he's hiding. We just have to beat it out of you!"
- You're done stealing from my kingdom.
- "Is that so? What are you, one of the Queen's lackeys? You won't find it easy to stop us."

- Brals sends his regards.
