Captain Greyhand is a retired Imperial pirate captain who has a room in the Black Flag Tavern, an inn in the Anvil Bay. He owns a house there, but is looking to get rid of it.
He sleeps in every day until 10am, then rises and spends his time wandering about the docks all day. At 7pm, he returns to the Black Flag to join the night crowd for several hours, retiring to his room at 2am.
The captain wears a quilted doublet, leather greaves, and leather boots, and is armed with a steel cutlass; he carries several loaves of bread and five bottles of mead, along with 100 gold and the key to his house.
When you talk to him, he'll greet you as he would any stranger: "Hail, land lover!" If you mention hearing about him having a house for sale, he becomes more interested: " Yes, it's not doing me much good as I have been living at the Tavern. How 'bout you take her off my hands for say... 20,000 gold?" A refusal will make him predictably annoyed: "Well then get out of my face land lover! Go and fetch me a brew!" If you accept, though, he'll be ecstatic: "Very good indeed! Now I can drink meself clean into oblivion!"
