Phineas Optusov is an Imperial warrior who lives in Leyawiin with his brothers Romulus and Gregor.
Phineas gets up at 6am every morning and eats breakfast, then spends the day on the docks hauling cargo. At 6pm, he practices with his weapon for a few hours, then he goes to Hjalmar's Beer House to drink beer until midnight, when he goes home to bed.
He wears a coarse linen shirt and pants, a steel shield, and oiled linen shoes, and is armed with a steel war axe; he carries some leather grease, five bottles of Nibenay Beer, five jelly cookies, a moderate amount of gold, and a house key.
The brothers' house is located south of the city. The main room is largely given over to a training area with dummies and mats; a dining table and chairs sits at the far end. A room at the back is their bedroom; each of them has a bed and a chest of drawers for his things.
