Detailed WalkthroughEdit

Falwin will find you and ask you to talk to Glassclaw. He was, once upon a time, a pickpocket; going through an old stash, he came across a ring that he wants to return to its rightful owners. Who, as it happens, are right in Leyawiin: Marc and Yvette Hanse. All you have to do is pop over to their house and give them the ring; they'll be so happy they won't ask where it came from. They decide to hold another wedding, and you're invited as a reward (attendance is optional).

Next, you have to talk to Jordi. He's a hardcore ranger - the type who hates people destroying the land - and he's gotten word of some miners who have been digging up the forest and causing widespread damage, which falls under the guild's purview. He thinks that Arthos Dumaine hired them, or at least knows who does, so while he deals with them, he wants you to talk to Dumaine. Dumaine doesn't know anything, but he will tell you that Sea Scale, in Anvil, acted as a middleman.

So, it's off to Anvil. Lucky for you, all those pirate ships were bad for business; Sea Scale is happy about the guild (i.e., you) destroying them that he'll help you out for free. From here, all you have to do is visit the local branch of the Gold Horse Courier and send the packet off to Jordi.

At this point, you'll get word that the new guild hall is now open, so you should stop over there to check things out.

Journal EntriesEdit

Making More Friends in the Guild (BANRG04Interlude)
Stage Finishes Quest Journal Entry
10 Falwin asked me to speak with Glassclaw in the Leyawiin guild house, apparently he has been a little distracted recently.
20 Glassclaw is upset over a theft from his past. He is feeling guilty and wants me to return a wedding ring to the Hanse family here in Leyawiin.
30 The Hanses were so happy to recover their ring that they decided to re-enact their wedding and invited me. I should tell Glassclaw.
40 Glassclaw was relieved to hear that Marc and Yvette Hanse were too happy at the return of the ring to even ask why I had it. I told Glassclaw to attend the wedding instead of me. I should see Jordi here in the Leyawiin Rangers Guild-house next.
50 Jordi asked me to talk to Arthos Dumaine from the Topal Trading Company in Leyawiin's harbour to see if he knows who hired a team of prospectors to scout out some land for new resources.
60 Arthos Dumaine did not know who employed the prospectors, but he did reveal that the employer paid the prospectors through a middle-man named Sea Scale, the shipwright in Anvil Bay.
70 According to Sea Scale, the employer is a lord from High Rock named Velarios Mello, who has returned to High Rock following his visit to Anvil. Sea Scale will contact the Rangers Guild if Velarios Mello visits Anvil again. I should now visit the Anvil Gold Horse Courier branch and send a letter to Jordi with this information.
80 I have sent the information to Jordi using the Gold Horse Courier. The new Anvil Rangers Guild-house should have opened by now, I might head there next.
90 Finishes quest  I have arrived at the new Anvil Rangers Guild-house.

Notes
  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in random order.
  • If an entry is marked as "Finishes Quest" it means the quest disappears from the Active Quest list, but you may still receive new entries for that quest.
  •   It is possible to use the console to advance through the quest by entering setstage BANRG04Interlude stage, where stage is the number of the stage you wish to complete. It is not possible to un-complete (i.e. go back) quest stages. See SetStage for more information.
