Kraken's Spa is a public bathhouse located in a cave in eastern Bruma, north of the East Gate.
The Spa is owned by Melinda Kraken. The only way to get to it is to follow the road north from the main square until you reach Hammer and Axe, then turn right. Follow the trail around under the bridge until you see a pool of water with a cave opening next to it - this is the spa.
The main door opens into a long tunnel leading downward. It goes down for a short way, then doubles back and descends further; a set of doors at the bend leads to the staff quarters, which were carved out of the rock by hand. Further down, the tunnel becomes lined with ice and snow; it levels off and splits.
The left-hand tunnel eventually ends in a huge cavern with a large pool. This is the bathing room and massage parlour; a ramp leads down into the pool, and several tables have been placed here for people to get massages from Hald Warm-Hands.
The right-hand tunnel leads to the Tea Room, which is housed in the same cavern, just on the other side of the pool. Patrons can sit at one of the several tables and have a drink here while they chat or simply relax. Luciana serves alcohol and hot beverages, as well as sheep's milk and sweet brewed tea.
