Enoch Nuccius is an Imperial merchant who works in Olive's Baked Goods in Chorrol. He spent his youth in the army, and so is a candidate for Rangers Guild recruitment.
Enoch is constantly busy. He gets up at 5am every morning and eats a quick breakfast for an hour before getting to work. First he kneads dough for three hours, then he works at the hearth for three hours, cooking bread and other pastries. Then he works a table for three hours, rolling out more dough; after that, he spends two hours adding spices before sending the finished product out front for sale. At 8pm, his work is done and he can sit down to eat dinner for two hours; after that, he goes to bed.
He wears a baker's apron, dark leather pants, and rough leather shoes. He carries a wedge of cheese, a loaf of bread, a currant bun, and a key to the shop.
If you talk to him, he'll be (understandably) busy: "Sorry, I'm a little busy at the moment, so could you make this quick?" If you ask if he's the baker, he replies: "I sure am! Enoch Nuccius. I'd shake your hand but as you can see I'm covered in flour right now. Olive taught me all her recipes, and I mass produce them to meet the public demand. The money is pretty decent, but the best part is that I get to live here for free, as long as I keep doing a good job."
