Culumani is a High Elf archer and High Ranger, the head of the newly-established Rangers Guild Hall in Anvil.
He rises at 8am every day, eats breakfast for one hour, then attends to his duties. At 11am, he'll sit and read his book until 5pm, then resume wandering about the hall until 9pm, when he eats dinner for an hour, then retires for the night.
Culumani wears a ranger's cloak and hood, along with leather greaves, bracers, and boots. He carries a key to the guildhall and a copy of the book Chapter 1: The Assassin.
Culumani has an office and apartment in the upper level of the guildhall, a simple room split into living/sleeping quarters by a pair of tall bookcases.
He has little of note to say to you until the Archaeological Discovery quest, when he requests your services securing an Ayleid ruin in the mountains near Bruma. He knows of your accomplishments (obviously) and is convinced that you're the right person for the job.
