Cecilia Sauleus is an Imperial noble who lives in Imperial City Green Emperor Way with her husband Armand.
Cecilia gets up at 6am every morning and goes down to the basement to make breakfast, then eats with her husband. After he leaves for work, she goes over to The Sword to drink for a few hours; she returns home 1pm to do some housework, then sits down 2pm to take a break and read a book for the afternoon. At 6pm, she eats dinner, then goes back to reading her book before going to bed at midnight.

The house is located along the south wall of the Palace District. The ground floor is a dining room; a large table and chairs takes up most of the space, and the walls are lined with cupboards, display cases, and a fireplace. The basement has a full kitchen with fireplace, counter, and sink, and a smaller room for bathing. The upper floor is a bedroom packed full of furniture.
