Caspus Aviogetto is an Imperial bandit boss and leader of the Aviogetto Gang, a group of thugs vying for control of the Waterfront Tunnel.
Caspus spends all his time in his hideout. He wakes up at 10am every morning, eats breakfast for two hours, then settles down to oversee gang business. Except for a two-hour break at midnight to eat dinner, he remains active until 4am, when he goes to bed.
He wears a burgundy linen shirt and pants, along with russet felt shoes, and is armed with a dagger; he carries a moderate amount of gold and a pewter mug.
The Hideaway is located in an abandoned Imperial tower accessible only via the tunnels under the Waterfront Tunnel and guarded at all times by two thugs. It is a single large room at the bottom level of the tower that has all the comforts of home: a large bed, a dining table, bookcase, and wine rack, and rugs on the floor. Numerous crates, barrels, and sacks holding the gang's booty are stashed around the room.
If you manage to find your way into the hideout, he'll be understandably angry: "Who are you? You're not one of my gang! How did you get in here?!" If you say it was easy, he says: "Those damn slackers were meant to be keeping outsiders away from here! Probably off drinking somewhere! Well, what do you want? You want to join my gang or something? Too bad, there aren't anymore positions left! Now beat it!"
