Atipis Varkiar is an Imperial bard who lives in the Compound of the Order of Hours.
Atipis gets up at 6am every morning and eats breakfast for an hour, then goes to sit in the temple worship area. He returns upstairs at 10pm to eat dinner for an hour, then retires to bed.
