Hello W1n3r1! Welcome to the wiki. I hope you enjoy using the site and find the information on it useful. One piece of advice - please don't ask the same question on multiple pages as you recently did. I've now got to go through each of them and clean up after you. The answer to your question could be found with a little research, but the answer (that you seem to already know) is that Arena is the only multi-region game and the only one to allow you entry to those areas of Tamriel (with the exception of Shadowkey, which is set in Skyrim). –Rpeh^{•T•C•E•} 13:05, 20 March 2008 (EDT)
