Please don't delete this fix. I played a female PC with an ugly male head for days after I changed to a vampire. The sexchange command only made the head disappear completely. Finally I googled up a fix that was given as a response to someone who had an unrelated problem. It works, and it will save someone some trouble and annoyance to read it here.
